Stage 4 6.7L Cummins Performance Head

Our Stage 4 Cummins Performance Head is designed for extreme high performance. It includes everything in our Stage 3 Head, along with a D&J Stage 4 Billet Runner Style Intake Manifold. This head can only be used with a 6.7L (4.212 inch) bore or larger.

Key Features:

• Oversize Super Alloy Valves: 1.500-inch super alloy intake valves and 1.450-inch super alloy exhaust valves for improved durability and performance.
• Upgraded Valve Seats: Heavy-duty extra-large intake seats address the issue of stock intake seats falling out in 1000+ hp trucks, ensuring durability and reliability.
• Thread-In Soft Plugs: Prevents soft plugs under the valve cover from coming out and filling the crankcase with coolant.
• Billet Runner Style Intake Manifold: This intake manifold provides equal airflow to all cylinders, ensuring balanced EGTs between 70-125°F across cylinders. It features reusable O-ring seals on the runner flanges.
• Increased Airflow: Intake flow increased to 320 CFM, compared to the stock 165 CFM, providing enhanced performance.

• Option to Use Your Own Head: You can use your own head or one of our head cores.
• Complete Disassembly: The head is completely disassembled, and all soft plugs are removed.
• Cleaning and Blasting: Thorough cleaning and blasting to ensure a pristine surface.
• Crack Check: Performed to ensure structural integrity.
• New Components: Installation of all-new bronze guides and heavy-duty extra-large intake and exhaust seats.
• 5-Axis CNC Porting: Performed for optimal airflow.
• Thread-In Soft Plugs: Installed under the valve cover for enhanced reliability.
• High-Performance CNC Valve Job: Precision CNC valve job performed for enhanced performance.
• Resurfacing: The head is resurfaced to meet exact specifications.
• Thorough Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning process to eliminate all debris.
• Expert Assembly: Assembled with all new valve seals, thread-in soft plugs, 115# springs, and titanium retainers.

Important Note:

*Cores must be in good condition with no cracks and must be rebuildable. D&J Precision Machine will inspect your core upon arrival to determine its suitability for rebuilding.
