Extruded polystyrene (XPS) provides optimum thermal insulation against cold and heat. Habitation areas insulated with HD XPS are highly energy efficient, as they enable a substantial level of energy-saving while maintaining the maximum level of comfort indoors in any season of the year.

XPS Insulation is massively energy efficient insulation compared to other open cell insulation products. XPS boards are 100% closed cell polymer boards, quite strong and can be more easily cut and shaped as required.

The HD XPS panel is made of a specially formulated, closed cell, high density, extruded polystyrene.HD XPS is suited for lining floors, ceilings and walls in RV's. Its resistance to water and compression, make it the ideal insulation solution for any conditions. Moreover, it is very easy to install and offers a high performance thermal insulation for your RV.

Main characteristics of XPS foam board

• The extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation boards can be used 35-50 years.
• Resistance to compression: compared with other thermal insulation material (200Kpa for EPS), it has better compressive strength (around 300-900Kpa)
• Water resistance: XPS is almost 100% closed cell and as such is unaffected by moisture
• Lightweight: volume optimization and easy to handle
• Resistance to deformation
• High Impact Resistance
• Recycled content: XPS can be 100% recycled

PLEASE NOTE Standard polystyrene is an open cell and will underperform against Extruded closed cell polystyrene. The Higher Density will also offer greater impact resistance
