Four Pillars was one of the first craft distillers in Australia producing gin, and it was astonishingly good at it. Using the diverse range of native Australian botanicals, including lemon myrtle, Pepperberry leaf and fresh local citrus – Four Pillars was able to create an artisanal gin unique to the flavours of Australia.  
Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is the result of mixing Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes.  
The distillers steep the Shiraz grapes in the gin for eight weeks, then press the grapes and blend them with more gin.  
With Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz, the distinctive juniper scent of gin is present but not overpoweringly so. It blends in with the citrus notes, hints of the pepper, spice and red fruits.
