"Groove Racing Gear (GRG) is proudly woman-owned and veteran-operated by founder Tamara Wallace. With deep roots in motorsports and the automotive industry, Tamara grew up racing karts and comes from a family background in towing and automotive services.

After high school, she enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as an Armament Technician, working on the F-15E and MQ-9 aircraft. Following her service, she transitioned into the tech industry after earning a Master’s in Business Administration, later pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Driven by a passion for motorsports, sustainability, and creating positive social impact, Tamara founded GRG to challenge the status quo—enhancing the customer experience, promoting ethical business practices, and bringing innovation back to racing gear."
