How to use Hydroxyburn Lean5

Training Day: Science indicates best taken within 20 minutes of exercise or immediately afterwards.

  1. Open shaker & add protein: Use the sccop in the tub 1 x 35g serve. (approx. two level scoops)
  2. Add your liquid: The more liquid you add, the more watery or runnier your smoothie will be. we suggest 300ml of liquid. Options: Filtered water, spring water, almond milk, coconut water, milk (skim, low fat or full cream), or fruit juice.
  3. Shake it up: Close the shaker lid & shake. Total shake time is usually between 30 to 60 secounds. Drink immediately.

Non Training Day: Follow above instructions & utilise for a mid morning or mid afternoon snake, alternatively if you are looking to add a serve of protein to your breakfast smoothie along with added fruit & vegetables, or you want to make a meal replacement smoothie, follow the following blending steps.

  1. Add protein: Use the sccop in the tub.
  2. Add your liquid: Adding ice or frozen berries is a quick and easy way to thicken a blended protein smoothie.Options: Filtered water, spring water, almond milk, coconut water, milk (skim, low fat or full cream), or fruit juice.
  3. Add your base: Utilise your favourite "base" fruits such as mango, peach, pear and apple. Also try adding avocado, chia seed gel, yogurt, frozen berries, maca, flax seed, goji berries, oats, spirulina, honey and don't forget ice. If you're making a green smoothie, spinach, kale and beet greens provide unlimited optional add-ons.
