BARNSTORMER was founded in 1977. During the peak of the Ivy League fashion trend, the brand revolutionized the scene by creating American Trad style clothing made in Japan using fabrics and sewing techniques identical to those used in the U.S. The theme of BARNSTORMER is to recreate the American lifestyle of that era.







Soft Touch and Vintage Feel
The fabric is made from single-ply yarn and woven into a tightly knit chino cloth. A bio-wash treatment gives it a soft, supple feel.



For the gray fabric, a 60% polyester and 40% cotton blend is used. It is resistant to dirt and wrinkles, making it an ideal color for business settings, as the center crease is less likely to fade compared to 100% cotton.





Exquisite Tailoring That Enhances Elegance
The front features a simple zip fly closure. Inside the front placket, there is an extended waistband "extension" with a button at the back to keep the waist securely in place.



Hand pockets are placed on both sides, with a coin pocket inside the right one. The back pockets feature fine double-stitched piping, offering a refined and smart look. Only the left pocket is equipped with a button.

The center back seam, known as "shiriguri," is designed to adjust the waist, but by widening and doubling it, it creates a sharp and beautiful hip line.

BARNSTORMER’s dress chinos are designed with unique curved seams to enhance their beauty. The side volume is directed forward, while an S-curve is placed at the center. Additionally, a similar curve is added to the back center, and through ironing, the curves stand out when folded, while the pants create a straight line when worn.



The slightly wider tapered silhouette adds a modern essence to a classic design. These pants work well in a tuck-in style with leather shoes or paired casually with T-shirts and sneakers, making them versatile for various occasions.
