In 1856, pioneering British architect and designer, Owen Jones, literally wrote the book on design in the machine age, The Grammar of Ornament. Patchwork elevates the Greek decorative patterns and color tones featured in his design treatise, to create a cleaner, modern sensibility for the 21st century.
