This listing is for a 45-minute (in person) Reiki Healing session where you will be in the comfort of our designated shop space.
Reiki is a gentle, in-person (or distance) energy healing practice that helps your body relax, reset, and restore its natural balance. When life stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or chronic tension disrupt our energy flow, we may feel it as anxiety, pain, fatigue, poor sleep, or feeling “off.” During a Reiki session, calming energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to support your body’s own healing response. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, emotional support, or a gentle healing experience, Reiki offers a safe space to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Energy plays an important role in everything we do. Reiki harnesses that energy to promote healing, relaxation, and a sense of calm. Our human body is made up of energy. When the energy paths of the body are blocked or disturbed from life, like trauma it can result in illness, anxiety, depression, weakness, and pain. Reiki balances and strengthens the flow of energy within the body, which may decrease pain, ease muscle tension, improve sleep, calm the mind and generally enhance the body’s ability to heal. Reiki healing provides us with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits by balancing our energy.

While Reiki, Crystal Healing, Tuning Forks, Sound Healing and Holistic practices are very effective, they are not a miracle cure. They are part of an integrated healing or wellness program.
