• Precision Machining: CNC blueprinted, bored, honed, and deck surfaced. Each crankshaft is checked for straightness and size and repaired as needed.
• Thorough Cleaning: Blocks are meticulously cleaned and inspected to ensure the highest quality. Bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion, deck, and hone surfaces are all measured. All pistons and rods are double-checked for proper spec, and ring gaps are corrected as needed.
• Controlled Assembly: Assembled in a clean room by skilled technicians, ensuring top quality.
• High-Performance Cylinder Head: Disassembled, crack-checked, with stock seats replaced by heavy-duty valve seats. CNC high-performance valve job performed with Newen seat and guide machine. Cleaned, inspected, assembled, and pressure-checked.

Shipping and Core Charges

• Core Charge: $3000.00 (Cores can be sent in beforehand to eliminate this charge*)
• Shipping: Varies for each purchase.

Cores must include a usable block, crankshaft, cylinder head, timing gear housing, piston cooling nozzles, and bolts. If there are issues with any of the parts, you will not be charged the full core amount, only the amount needed to replace the bad part. Our core charge is based on re-manufactured parts.
