• Precision Pre-Cut: The face of the Pod is CNC-machined to the exact dimensions of the Simrad NSS7 evo³ and B&G Zeus³ 7. It ensures a watertight seal between the display’s gasket and the NavPod housing.

• Gen3 Enhanced Chrome Finish: The "PP" series features a high-gloss, UV-resistant white finish with chrome-plated stainless steel tamper-proof screws for a high-end yacht aesthetic.

• Watertight Integrity: Each NavPod is manufactured with a double-gasket system that keeps moisture, salt air, and dust away from the sensitive electrical connections on the back of your MFD.

• Internal Cable Routing: All wires (NMEA 2000, Power, Transducer) are routed through the center of the swivel base, keeping your dash clean and free of "spaghetti" wiring.

• Acrylic-Capped ABS: Made from a thick, UV-stable material that won't yellow or become brittle in the sun. It is designed to withstand the vibration of high-speed offshore running.

Installation Pro-Tips

• Security First: Keep the included security wrench in a safe place (like the boat’s logbook). The tamper-proof screws are excellent at deterring theft, but you’ll need that specific tool if you ever need to access the wiring for an update.

• Base Sealant: When bolting the swivel base to your dash, apply a thin bead of marine-grade silicone (like Clear 100% Silicone) under the base to prevent water from seeping into your console's interior.

• Wire Slack: Ensure you leave a small "service loop" of wire inside the Pod. This makes it much easier to plug and unplug the unit if you ever need to remove the faceplate for maintenance.
