Achille Princier is produced from 66 different parcels of vines in 10 communes extending across 24 hectares in the Marne Valley near Epernay. This Champagne is a classic blend of the three major grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The average age of the vines is more than 30 years old (the oldest are more than 80).

This is everything that is great about Champagne: dry, chalky, clean, fresh, toasty, hints of red fruits, peaches and mushroom. A classic aperitif style. It is very much ready to drink now.
