We have partnered with a creative studio in Lisbon to launch The AL-GHARB Limited Edition series of cushion designs, inspired by the south of Portugal and its architecture, where there is vast moorish heritage ("Al-Gharb" being the original Arabic for the current location "Algarve") that is present in everyday life. Made beautifully from soft and medium weight natural linen, each design is individually hand printed using wooden blocks that have some texture from the brush application onto the lino cuts when pressed against the fabric, giving the composition an extra depth. Each design comes complete with a duck feather insert, sealed with a zip closure. The fabric and cover originated in Portugal; the cushion pad has been filled with duck feathers and produced in the UK. Ideal for decorating your bed, or styling your armchairs and sofa. Designed by Amidst Design.
