Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75.3mg (Equiv. to Zinc 24mg)
Selenomethionine 250µg (Equiv. to Selenium 100µg)

Directions

Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food.
