The EMPI 1914cc VW long block engine is designed for reliable performance on the street and comes backed by a 12-month/12,000 limited warranty. These engines are built and assembled by VW racing legend Jack Sacchette in Southern California. This engine is designed to give you a power and performance upgrade with unrivaled reliability. This EMPI long block engine is perfect if you have a weekend cruiser where you want it to get up and go, but you don't need anything crazy or over-the-top. These engines are NOT designed for the drag stip or off-road use.

This 1914cc engine uses a brand new, AutoLinea "Bubble Top" HD aluminum case and EMPI High Performance cylinder heads with S/S valves, chromoly retainers and EMPI proprietary 3 angle valve job performed on a Rottler valve machine at EMPI's facility in Anaheim, California.

In addition to the brand new case and heads, these engines also use brand-new components from the best suppliers in the air-cooled VW industry including AA Performance Products, AutoLinea, Elring, EMPI, OSVAT, Mahle, Manton, Silverline and Schadek.

All EMPI Long Blocks are crated on a pallet, shrink-wrapped and ready to ship directly from EMPI. They arrive via truck-freight and delivery includes residential lift-gate service if necessary.

Can only be shipped to the lower 48 States.
