Clinical evidence:

This product combines two of the most well-studied probiotic strains for IBS: L. plantarum 299v and L. rhamnosus GG. A recent double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in adults with IBS (n=214) showed that a 4-wk treatment with 10B cfu L. plantarum 299v significantly reduced the severity of abdominal pain and bloating, compared to placebo (p<0.05).

Directions for use:

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule daily (with or without food), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
