A one of a kind, automatic cribbing system that allows firefighters to "set it and forget it." Once deployed the crib will maintain contact with the vehicle through a piston actuated system that raises and locks in place as the vehicle weight changes through the removal of body parts common in extrication practices. Traditional cribbing loses surface contact with the vehicle as body parts are removed and the vehicle's suspension system compensates for the weight loss.
