Directions for Use

• The body brush should be used on completely dry skin. 
• For a few minutes (try to aim for between 3 and 4 minutes) before your morning shower grab your brush.
• Beginning at the toes, work upwards on the legs in long, firm strokes, working towards the back of thighs and bum.
• Brush the stomach in an anti-clockwise movement and continue up the arms towards the chest. 
• Ensure brush strokes are gentle and should never break the skin.

Brush After Care

• To clean the body brush, make sure the brush is not fully submerged in water. You can spray the bristles with an antiseptic or alcohol spray or a wipe after use and then place the brush bristles side down on a clean towel to dry the bristles and pull any dead skin cells away from the bristles and the wood base.
