La Pavoni Stradivari is a manual espresso machine built for coffee enthusiasts. Each compartment of this machine allows you to truly personalise the coffee to suit your preference. With a pull lever design that allows you to adjust the pressure whilst brewing to make each cup perfect! The built-in-brewing pressure profiling control (BPPC) visibly shows the pressure in each use, allowing you to keep the flavour and aromas consistent whilst the manometer shows the water temperature to ensure optimal flavour extraction each and every time. There is also an integrated steam wand to create thick milk foam, perfect for cappuccinos and milk-based drinks.
