Teamac Antifouling D Plus is a high-performance antifouling coating designed to prevent marine growth on the submerged areas of boats and underwater structures. Formulated with a high level of cuprous oxide, this advanced composition delivers reliable protection for up to 24 months.

Suited for vessels operating at speeds up to 30 knots, it is ideal for both domestic and commercial use on hulls made from steel, wood or GRP. Always use in conjunction with Teamac Metaclor Antifouling Primer for best results.

Surface Preparation

• Do not use on aluminium

• New steel: Abrasive blast to SA 2½ and apply 2–3 coats of Teamac Metaclor Primer

• GRP: Lightly abrade surface and prime with 2 coats of Metaclor Primer

• Wood: Ensure dry and clean, then apply 2–3 coats of Metaclor

• Maintenance: Remove marine growth, pressure wash, abrade and spot-prime any breakdown

• Apply 2 full coats of D Plus over primed surface

• Minimum overcoat time: 16 hours

• Launch within 3 months (if shrouded from direct sunlight)
