There is nothing at all average about this beautiful necklace! This piece of Southwest jewelry is hand strung out of genuine sterling silver, real purple Oyster Shell and Howlite. The necklace consist of 2-mm genuine sterling silver round beads, 6-mm Purple Oyster Shell rondelle beads, and 10-mm Howlite round beads. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for a stunning look. The cones are stamped sterling.

Howlite is named after its discoverer Henry How. Howlite is known for its great final polish and rich luster. Howlite is often mistaken for "white buffalo" or "white turquoise" due to the similarity of appearance. Howlite is a combination of pure white with black veins; highlighting the beauty and balance of opposites. Howlite has high calcium content for strong healthy bones and teeth.
