There’s something irresistible about this owl—a creature known for its power and precision, caught in a rare moment of lightheartedness. With his swooping ear tufts and almost cross-eyed blink, he feels like a tiny rebellion against the seriousness of life, a reminder to let go and smile.

Drawing Mr. Whimsy was pure joy for me—a little vacation into silliness and delight. I loved imagining this fierce predator letting his guard down, even for a moment, and embracing the playful side we all carry.
