The Tennant BioModulator® is a prescription device. If you feel that you are a candidate for this device and do not have someone who can prescribe one, we can connect you to a physician to assist in your prescription! If you purchase without a prescription we will contact you before shipping your device. Alternatively, you can call our office for assistance at 972-580-0545 to place your order.

At this time, DO, MD, PA and NP, DDS, DPM and DVMs can all write a prescription for you.

Shipping Insurance / Handling is required for BioTransducer devices ($85) and is reflected in the final product cost - base shipping will be calculated at checkout.

If your order ships Internationally, there will be additional fees to pay for DHL Shipping - PLEASE CONTACT SENERGY FOR FINAL BALANCE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

A 6% cancellation fee and 15% return fee will be charged if a return is initiated after the product ships.
