For sale here is a stunning VR Design titanium fly reel - the 3" Prince George model. This is a limited edition - No. 23 of only 25 made in a collaborative effort with the very talented reel maker from England, Chris Henshaw. The reel is in mint unused condition. Left hand retrieve.

Vladimir Rachenko from Ukraine started designing and manufacturing fly reels and tools in the early nineties. His mechanical engineering experience, aviation engineering background and talent shines through with his latest titanium reel creations.

The reel's features include:

• A timeless classic design in combination with super modern materials and technologies
• Fully machined from aerospace certified titanium bar stock
• Closed cage frame design with an integrated one piece spool axle allowing unmatched construction strength and precise tolerances
• Plunger type clicker using two Japanese stainless steel bearings ensuring the sensitivity needed for the finest tippets
• Adjustable click tension via sliding/locking screw located on the pillar
• Beautiful red agate line guide

The reel diameter is 2.95" with a spool width of 0.92". It weighs a svelte 4.9 oz. Capacity is DT4 + 60 yds 20# / WF5 + 67 yds 20# / DT5 + 45 yds 20#.

Included is a very fine leather reel pouch, shipping box, paperwork (bill of materials), and spool removal tool (allen wrench).
