Good/VG vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear (i.e. small scuffs, scratches, stains, etc.) but NO breaks or repairs. Tested perfect...works like-new. Original adhesive strips at backside have their original backings but one is nearly peeled off and both strips are dried out...so the sign will need be hung using the nail/screw hole (not really an issue but noteworthy). See pics.
