Physical layout and orientation

Top surface (controls you use while recording)

• Power button: turns the unit on/off.

• Record button: starts/stops recording.

• Play/Pause button: plays/pauses the most recently recorded file; can also pause recording and/or add a mark depending on settings.

• Operation buttons A–D (Sound Pad A–D):
