Mechanical Packers (also called injection packers) are used to inject polyurethane resins and epoxy grouts into concrete cracks. Unlike surface-mounted ports, mechanical packers are inserted into pre-drilled holes and mechanically anchored in place. This allows them to perform well in wet environments and deteriorated concrete where surface adhesion may be unreliable.

A quality mechanical packer must hold securely under high injection pressures without leaking or moving.  Our packers feature a steel body with an expanding rubber sleeve that seals tightly inside the hole. The built-in zerk fitting allows controlled injection and prevents material backflow after the injection process is complete.
