Good/VG vintage/used condition with moderate overall cosmetic wear but NO major breaks or repairs. Tested good (actually, was kept in our retail store and used on occasion to sharpen blades...we never had a problem with it...works great). One of the screws is bent (see red arrows in 2nd & 3rd pics). NO motor included (but motor belt is included, see pics). Grinding stones/wheels have life left in them but may soon need replacing. Fully functional tool (just needs motor). See pics.
