This 91 proof (45.5 % ABV) expression blends four grains—yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley, and honey malted barley—selected from the first 100 experimental barrels, giving it a robust malt-forward character.

🌾 Production & Craft

• Mash bill: 51 % corn plus three specialty malts

• Fermentation: Extended 7-day process to amplify grain complexity

• Barrels: Aged over 2 years in toasted & charred 53‑gal oak, then solera-finished in a 4,000‑gal charred oak vat combining around 100 barrels

• Batch size: 8–12 barrels per release, non-chill filtered

👃 Aroma & Palate

• Nose: Rich caramel, dried apricot, honeyed toast, brown sugar, popcorn, cinnamon, and leather

• Palate: Medium-bodied with malt sweetness—brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, mild oak, leather, and hints of sweet tea and pound cake

• Finish: Clean and moderately long—oak, leather, white pepper, cinnamon, and sawdust with a pleasantly malty and slightly spicy character
