The Manchester home plan is a perfect example of a modern Farmhouse. Classic hipped rooflines, twin dormers and graceful slump arches adorn the country estate called the Manchester. Inside, the open nature of the floor plan allows fresh breezes to move freely through the dining room to the living room, kitchen nook and leisure room. Each room leads smoothly to the next past hand-crafted pillars and through elegantly arched doorways.

Retreating glass doors further extend the living space outward, providing a seamless connection from the leisure and living rooms to the lanai. The kitchen has a large center island providing additional counter space. There is also a walk in pantry which offers plenty of storage.
