The map itself looks to be in near mint or better condition with no visible defects. The frame is in Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with just minor overall wear and top rail of frame has a slight bow to it (a non-issue, really but noteworthy nonetheless) but otherwise remains structurally rigid & strong. Original paper backing is ripped (see last picture). Hanging hardware/wire installed and strong. See pics.
