Surface Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil or loose material.

• Remove weak or friable concrete and mechanically prepare smooth surfaces to create a good key.

• Any contaminants such as oil or grease should be removed using a suitable degreaser.

• Prime the surface if required, especially on porous substrates.

• Ensure the substrate is sound and structurally stable before application.

Directions for Use

1. Prepare the substrate thoroughly and ensure it is sound.

2. Mix the product as instructed until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.

3. Pour directly onto the prepared surface.

4. Spread using a trowel or smoothing tool to the desired thickness.

5. Allow to cure fully before subjecting to traffic.

6. Do not apply in very cold or damp conditions.
