Featuring a double skinned high quality ceramic structure, the Buschbeck Kamado grill has a design to maintain very stable temperatures for long periods of time. With a two stage air damper control at top of the grill and another at the bottom, air flow can be easily and precisely controlled to achieve desired cooking temperatures. The ceramic combustion area has been has a design specifically to maximise fuel efficiency whilst ensuring accurate temperature control.

Coming complete with a split folding cooking grill allowing for more fuel to be added easily whilst cooking, the Buschbeck XL also comes with a circular pizza stone, a two stage cast iron air damper system and a heavy duty cast iron fuel plate. Removing ash from the Buschbeck XL is also very easy using the supplied tool and gaining access to the ash collection area via the bottom air damper.

Mounted on a stainless steel trolley with heavy duty locking castor wheels the Buschbeck XL also comes with two large removable folding side shelves.
