They now grow their own grain, they malt their own barley, and they distill all of their spirits themselves. The nose is straightforward and approachable. Some rich, leathery, malty, honey tones contrast nicely with an herbaceous, almost earthy. The palate: is rich and sweet, with notes of warm leather, waxy milk chocolate, and hazelnuts.
