Unrivaled High-Performance Fabric
The outer shell is made from “DERMIZAX,” a high-tech fabric developed by Toray. Its advanced membrane delivers exceptional waterproofness, wind resistance, breathability, and anti-condensation performance.

The 4-way stretch material offers remarkable elasticity and a supple, marshmallow-soft texture that ensures unmatched comfort. It also stands out for its ability to reproduce deep, rich tones — creating a sophisticated matte black finish rarely seen in other waterproof fabrics.





+5°C from Light
The lining features DESCENTE’s proprietary heat-retaining system “HEAT NAVI.” By absorbing nearly the entire spectrum of light and converting it into heat, it achieves approximately +5°C higher warmth compared to conventional materials.

Whether under clear skies or faint sunlight on overcast days, the system efficiently generates heat, keeping you comfortable outdoors regardless of the weather.





Traditional down jackets are prone to water seepage through stitching. Mizusawa Down eliminates this weakness with a heat-bonded, non-quilt design that removes exterior seams. Critical areas such as sleeves are internally sealed with seam tape, dramatically enhancing water resistance.





Ethically Sourced Down
Filled with 750FP French white duck down certified under the “DOWNPASS” traceability standard. This certification ensures the feathers are ethically sourced from humanely raised birds and meet strict quality requirements.

The compact “Para-hood System” prevents water or snow from pooling around the hood, while waterproof zippers further enhance overall protection against moisture.



A high-neck design blocks cold air, with down insulation extending into the collar for added warmth. Details such as the ribbed inner collar, double-layered cuffs, adjustable drawcords inside the side pockets, and an inner powder skirt at the hem all contribute to improved windproofing, heat retention, and fit.







The “Dual Zip Ventilation” system on the front features two zippers and a mesh panel in between, allowing fresh air to enter and release trapped heat and humidity inside the jacket.



Additional “Pit Zip Ventilation” under the arms further enhances breathability and comfort during active movement.





Refinements in the 2025 Model
Newly added inner chest pockets on both sides and a detachable key chain improve storage and practicality.
