And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 2 Kings 6:17

This verse describes the story of Elisha and the servant of the prophet who were surrounded by the enemy. Elisha prayed that the Lord would open the eyes of the servant so that he could see the protection and provision that God had provided for them.

As a result of Elisha's prayer, the servant's eyes were opened and he saw the mountain full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. This passage teaches us about the power of prayer and the importance of asking God to open our eyes to His presence and protection. It also reminds us that God is able to provide for us and protect us in ways that we cannot even imagine.

When we are facing challenges or enemies, we can turn to God in prayer and ask Him to open our eyes to see His provision and protection.
