A standard 8" nylon dock cleat with built-in solar lighting that ties off your boat by day and illuminates both sides of the dock at night. Two ultra high-intensity LEDs cast outward-facing light along the dock edge for safer evening boarding and unboarding, while an integrated solar panel and replaceable battery keep the unit running automatically from dusk to dawn with no wiring required.

Dual Side Illumination

Two ultra high-intensity LEDs project outward from both sides of the cleat, lighting up the dock edge where it is most needed for safe foot traffic. The dual-direction design ensures both port and starboard sides of the dock receive consistent illumination, eliminating the dark zones that single-direction dock lights leave behind.

Solar Powered and Self-Sufficient

A compact integrated solar panel sits on top of the cleat and recharges the high-quality replaceable battery throughout the day. As soon as the sun sets, the LEDs turn on automatically and run all night long, then shut off and resume charging when the sun returns the next morning. The unit operates completely independently with no wiring, no electrical infrastructure, and no manual intervention required.

Drop-In Replacement

The Solar Cleat Light uses the same bolt pattern as most popular 8" nylon dock cleats, making it a direct drop-in replacement for existing cleats. Simply unbolt the old cleats, install the Solar Cleat Lights using the existing hardware, and the dock immediately gains both functional cleats and integrated lighting in a single component.

Fits All Common Dock Types

Compatible with traditional wood docks, EZ Dock floating systems, Wave Armor, and any other rotationally-molded floating dock that uses a standard 8" nylon cleat with 2 1/4" hole spacing. EZ Dock mounting bolts are available separately for installations that require them, ensuring a proper fit on virtually any dock configuration in common use today.

Waterproof and Built to Last

Sealed waterproof electronics protect the LEDs, solar panel, and battery from rain, splash, and direct water contact. Durable nylon construction stands up to UV exposure and continuous outdoor use, and the user-replaceable battery means the entire fixture does not need to be discarded when the battery eventually reaches end of life.
