From the tiny village of Chichee just southeast of Chablis is Domaine Gilbert Picq. The Picq famly has been making wines for several generations. Today his children hold the reins in the domaine, each having a dedicated role in the winemaking process: Pascal tending the vines, Didier vinifying in the cellar and Marily managing commerce.
