Brand new, never used, in very worn & taped-up original box. Was taken out of box for inspection (absolutely NO breaks or repairs - brand new!) and then found out, the hard way, that this ladder is a nightmare to get back into the box. Fair warning...we advise you don't take it out until you're going to use it OR have a larger box handy to store it in. Seriously, very frustrating to get it back into this box!! See pics.
