Critical Installation & Safety Tips

• Direction of Flow: Ensure the arrow on the housing points toward the exhaust vent. The goal is to suck vapors out of the bilge, not blow fresh air in.

• Ducting: Use 4-inch wire-reinforced ventilation hose. Keep the runs as straight as possible; every 90∘ bend can reduce your airflow by up to 20%.

• Mounting: The integrated feet allow for horizontal or vertical mounting. It is recommended to mount the blower as high as possible in the bilge to keep it away from standing water.

• The 4-Minute Rule: Always run your blower for at least 4 minutes before starting a gasoline engine to ensure all heavier-than-air fuel vapors are cleared.
