The Pan American Plus XL Barbecue can be used with wood or charcoal. Made from brown refractory concrete with contrasting brick definition and a metal hood.

The BBQ is supplied with a stainless steel Argentinian style grill, a lateral brazier, a metal ash collection drawer and a concrete base for a level installation.

The generous grill is 65 x 50cm and has v-shaped channels to allow fat to drain away from food, into a grease trough at the front. It is suspended on chains and can be elevated to adjust the cooking temperature with a crank system.

The brazier allows you to burn wood or charcoal, so you can prepare embers for cooking.

Low maintenance, the Pan American does not require any painting. It has two concrete shelves under the cooking area, perfect for storage. The chimney improves air circulation and draws smoke away from the grill.
