Fluffy and soft Wakayama sweatshirt fabric
The fabric is made of Wakayama-made lined yarn. It is moderately thick and contains plenty of air, giving it a fluffy, hand-knit finish.

While the material has a warm, brushed lining, it is not too heavy and can be worn during the fall and winter seasons.








Design based on details of the time
The design is based on a vintage sweatshirt from the 1930s, reproducing details of the time.

The V-shaped gussets at the neck of the front and back body, commonly called "double V", are functional details to prevent the fabric from shrinking and to stop sweat.



The sides of the body are made in a round body design with no seams at either end, so the seams do not prickle and are gentle against the skin.



The cuffs are cut in a V-shape with characteristic ribbing. These ribs were placed to make it easier to insert the sleeves into the sleeves, as elasticity was scarce in those days.
