Excsep®SCB-C8 column is made of ultra-high purity and ultra-high mechanical strength spherical chromatography bare silica gel, which is prepared by the unique surface modification technology of OneTwo Chromatography Technology. The side chain modification steric hindrance group protection greatly weakens the hydrolysis of the C8 alkyl chain and is suitable for the separation of compounds under highly acidic conditions and a high proportion of aqueous phase conditions.
