For sale here is a Garrison Model 209EX bamboo rod built by Art Weiler of Pennsylvania. 7'9" 3/2 for a 5 or 6 line. A very nice reproduction of an extremely popular and classic taper. The rod has been fished but remains in excellent plus condition. One tip has a very slight fishing set. Blonde cane with transparent gold wraps. Chestnut brown at the ferrules and winding check. Red tipping on one tip-top, green on the other. Blued guides. Garrison-style hook-keeper. The grip is only lightly soiled. Bright nickel silver cap and ring reel seat with cork spacer. Bright ferrules size 11/64 and 16/64. The fit is perfect. The rod weighs 4.30 oz. The rod's action is progressive and medium fast. A very nice fly rod and faithful to the original that should see more time on the water soon! Includes original bag and tube.
