The pattern itself is an outstanding piece of work, its design drawn with inspiration from the caisson ceilings of the Forbidden City. The 2 Oz Silver coin is struck in a new minting technique that combines 8 Oz of Copper in between two layers of Fine Silver, resulting in super ultra-High Relief while being tapped off with Silver Antique Finishing.
