Specifications

Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants that could affect adhesion.
  
• For new wood, apply one coat of Sandtex Trade Flexible Primer Undercoat.
  
• Weathered wood should be sanded to a clean, smooth surface before application.
  
• New metal surfaces should be clean and dry; apply a Rust inhibiting primer followed by Sandtex Trade Flexible Primer Undercoat.
  
• Previously painted surfaces should be cleaned and abraded with wet and dry abrasive paper for optimal adhesion; apply one coat of Sandtex Trade Flexible Primer Undercoat.
  

Application

• Intermix packs to ensure consistent colour.
  
• Stir well before use and apply using a brush or roller.
  
• Allow 16 hours between coats; for best results, apply 2 coats.
