An overtly spicy and very fresh nose is composed of pure red currant, plum and earth scents. The broad-shouldered and well-concentrated flavors are impressively rich but also don’t lack for vibrancy on the mineral-inflected, detailed and moderately austere finish. There is very good if not genuinely knock-out length though yet again do note that this will require an extended cellar snooze before it will be ready for prime time. (91-94)/2027+
