Thermal Zero Premium Fitted Turbocharger Heat shields \ngo above and beyond when it comes to heat tolerance and durability. The \ninner layer of the heat shield can handle over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit \nof direct heat. The shields are made of 1 inch of ceramic insulation \nmaterial and covered with a silicone based outer shell that is colored \neither Black, Red, Chrome, or Gray. Since vibration on a motor is \ninevitable we have created a more durable design. Our turbo shields \nfeature a wire mesh inner layer that separates the insulation material \nfrom the turbocharger housing, greatly increasing durability and \nreducing breakdown.
