For sale here is a scarce Edward Vom Hofe Model 355 Peerless fly reel - size 2. Excellent original condition. Aluminum spool and foot. Fulton St. stamping on the oil cap. Right hand retrieve and in excellent working condition. No cracks in the ebonite but there is some slight scoring to the headplate from contact with the handle arm at some point in its life. There is no serial number on the reel foot, just a factory engraved date of 1894 with the original owner's initials. All screws are in fine condition. A very fine Vom Hofe stamped leather case is also included with the sale with different initials on the nickel silver badge. A wonderful example to fish or collect!
