Founded in 1981 by American mountaineers John Bouchard and Marie Muenier, WILDTHINGS is an outdoor brand built on the concept that gear must be “light and tough.” Drawing from their mountaineering experience, they continue to produce high-quality technical apparel and durable luggage—trusted by both the U.S. Army and Navy for its proven performance in extreme environments.







Built tough, with sustainability in mind
The outer shell is made from CORDURA nylon—renowned for its exceptional strength and abrasion resistance—treated with CZEREX, a fluorine-free durable water-repellent finish. This environmentally conscious coating provides structure, resilience, and impressive water repellency.



Compared to traditional fluorinated coatings, water beads off more easily and maintains its performance through over ten times more washes. Clean in appearance yet full of character, the fabric develops a rich patina over time—the kind that grows more beautiful with wear.



Military-grade insulation trusted in extreme cold
The insulation is CLIMASHIELD COMBAT, a high-performance synthetic fill used by the U.S. military.

Engineered to deliver warmth in combat conditions, it is lightweight, highly compressible, and retains heat even during extended wear.

Enhanced with AquaBan treatment, it stays warm even when wet—combining packability, durability, and quick-drying capability into a true next-generation insulation material.





The stand collar provides excellent wind protection, while a hidden hood stored inside the collar allows for quick adaptation to sudden rain.





The double zip front enhances versatility and comfort during wear.



Velcro patches on both shoulders are left logo-free for a clean, modern aesthetic.



Side zip pockets are lined with brushed fabric to double as hand warmers, while large internal mesh pockets provide ample storage—enough to carry essentials without the need for a bag.



Adjustable Velcro cuffs ensure a secure fit around the wrists.



The hem features an internal drawcord to block out drafts and let you subtly adjust the silhouette.
