Setting up a standalone hydraulic handbrake kit can be expensive and require more commitment than you might want, which is why we’ve created this in-line hydraulic handbrake kit. Now, with the added benefit of an inline brake bias valve, this kit offers even greater control and adjustability for your braking system.

The in-line hydraulic handbrake kits are significantly cheaper to set up compared to dual-caliper systems, as they don’t require additional lines, dual caliper brackets, or an extra pair of calipers. Unsprung weight is also reduced, making it a lighter and more efficient option.

The unpredictable nature of the Nissan ABS module, particularly on track, is another reason we’ve included the GKTECH ABS Delete Manifold Block in this kit. This replaces the OEM ABS unit and allows the OEM brake system to work seamlessly with the in-line master cylinder.

What’s New: The Inline Brake Bias Valve

The standout addition to this kit is the inline brake bias valve, which lets you fine-tune the front-to-rear brake balance. This is particularly useful for optimizing braking performance under different track conditions, giving you more control and consistency when it matters most.

What’s Included:

- ABS Delete Manifold Block: This is a direct replacement of your current OEM ABS unit that the braided brake lines we offer will install to, please compare your ABS unit to the images below to confirm compatibility to your unit.

Note: Type 2 requires the custom bracket that is automatically selected when choosing Type 2, Type 1 does not.

- Braided Brake Lines: Made in-house in Australia using stainless steel fittings and PTFE-lined stainless steel braided hose. These lines are specifically designed for Nissan S/R chassis and include P clips for secure routing. They’ve been independently tested to meet FMVSS106 standards, ensuring they’re ADR-approved and capable of withstanding extreme conditions, including:

- 370lbs pull test
- 35-hour whip test
- 7000psi burst test
- Temperature resistance from -45°C to 146°C
- 24-hour salt corrosion resistance test
- Handbrake Assembly: Includes the lever and in-line master cylinder.
- Handbrake Handle: A CNC machined aluminium lever designed for both ergonomics and aesthetics. Available in silver, black, blue, pink, purple, red, orange, gold, or neo chrome.
- Inline Brake Bias Valve: Allows precise adjustment of front-to-rear brake balance for improved performance on track.
- Master Cylinder: Choose between 5/8" (recommended for non-Brembo calipers) and 3/4" (recommended for Brembo calipers).

Important Notes:

- Removing the ABS unit will disable ABS and TCS functionality.
- The kit will only work with the specific style of ABS unit shown. Please verify your ABS unit before purchasing, as Nissan used two different variants over the years.
- The outside mount, when used on the driver’s side, may contact the OEM seat if the seating position is close to the steering wheel. Prolonged use may cause damage.
- This kit will not fit automatic vehicles, as the automatic tunnel differs from the manual tunnel.
